Booking Form

Please use the form below to make your reservation.

On receipt of your booking deposit we will send you confirmation by return.

We require a deposit of 25% of the total rental with the booking form, the balance to reach us
at least 14 days before your arrival date.

Included in the rental: Bedding, towels (one large, one small in each bathroom), cooking gas,
tea towels, washing up liquid etc., use of BBQ and garden furniture.

Not included in the rental: Electricity and heating.

On arrival, we would ask you for a £200/€250 security deposit from which will be deducted the cost of electricity consumed, any breakages or damage and any excessive cleaning required. The balance will
be returned to you on your departure and for this reason we would ask you to pay this deposit in cash.

The property is at your disposal from 16:30 on your day of arrival. We would ask you to vacate by
midday at the end of your stay.

Cancellation rules

If you cancel your booking with more than two months (61 days) notice, we will retain 10% of your deposit for administration costs.

If you cancel your booking with more than 30 days notice, we will retain 20% of your deposit.

If you cancel your booking with more than 14 days notice, we will retain 35% of your deposit.

If you cancel your booking with more than 7 days notice, we will retain 60% of your deposit.

If you cancel your booking with more than 3 days notice, we will retain 85% of your deposit.

If you cancel your booking with 3 days or fewer notice, we will retain 100% of your deposit.
